All REACH staff have a minimum:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene
- Emergency aid / first aid training
- Advanced driver top up & classroom training
- Fire safety training
- Level 1 safeguarding (plus localised top up)
- Risk assessment training
- COSHH awareness
REACH operates:
- Prevent procedures and referrals
- Partnership working and referrals to other agencies including Children’s Social Care
- The Signs of Safety model for safeguarding
- Contact and work with Avon & Somerset Police
